  • Pre-Order and Ready-to-Ship Items
    To avoid delaying the shipment of your entire order, please refrain from ordering RTS and Pre-Order items together in one transaction. If you combine such items and pay a single shipping charge OR meet the Free Shipping threshold, we will not ship separate packages for pre-ordered and RTS items. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
  • Order Processing Times
    We aim to promptly ship all orders as soon as they are received! Most RTS items will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. All laser-cut blank orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days. For pre-orders, please refer to the pre-order listing for further information. If you order RTS/pre-order, and laser-cut items together, this will extend the shipping time for your entire order. To receive other items as soon as possible, please place separate orders for laser-cut blanks and pre-orders. In some cases, extreme weather conditions or high sales volume may cause delays in shipping. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the shipping of your order, please reach out to us.
  • Cancelation, Exchange, Return, and Refund Policy
    ALL items: Generally, returns are not accepted. Refunds will not be given for forced (unauthorized) returns. The following items can't be returned or exchanged: Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: Custom or personalized orders Digital downloads Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) If your items arrive damaged in transit, be sure to get in touch with us within 7 days of your receiving the package. Please send pictures of damaged items and packaging, including the label with the tracking number, to pnwsublimation@gmail.com, and we will send a replacement at no cost to you or process a refund if the item is out of stock. Please save all packaging and damaged goods because the shipping company may require you to present them for their inspection. We may want the damaged item back; in which case we will send you a self-addressed return label. If your items have a manufacturing defect, be sure to get in touch with us within 7 days of your receiving the package. Please send pictures of damaged items and a clear description of the defect to pnwsublimation@gmail.com. If you don't report an issue promptly, we may not be able to accept your claim. We will either replace the defective items or refund them if they're no longer available. We may want the damaged item back; in which case we will send you a self-addressed return label. Cancelations: Should you request a cancelation and refund before your items are shipped, no matter the reason for the cancelation, your refund will be processed, and a payment processing/cancelation fee of up to 7% will be applied. Payment processing companies charge us a fee to process your payment. We cannot refund you more than we received from you after the fees were deducted from your payment. We do not cancel or refund any delayed pre-orders or already shipped items. ​ Tumbler Press and Accessories: If the press is malfunctioning and its 1-year limited warranty covers the issue, be sure to get in touch with us immediately for the resolution! Refer to the listings for warranty info. ​ ATTENTION: If returns or exchanges were prior authorized, all returns are at the buyer's expense unless agreed otherwise before the return. If the buyer and the seller reached an agreement for a free return, the buyer would be provided with a prepaid return label. The buyer has to ship the item back within five business days. No reimbursements will be given if the buyer purchases a return shipping label on their own. ​ Please note: If the item is not returned in its original condition, with the parts and/or original packaging missing, and with signs of damage due to misuse, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Additionally, if the buyer received a prepaid label to return this item, the cost of the shipping label will be subtracted from the refund. A refund will be processed upon receiving the items back. A payment processing fee of up to 7% will be applied, and all shipping expenses will be deducted from your refund amount. ​ If anything is unclear or you have questions, don't hesitate to contact us.
  • Packages "Lost" in Transit
    We will never mark your orders as "shipped" unless we physically package and ship them. If you received a shipping notification by email, it means that your package was shipped that day: picked up by UPS or dropped off at the USPS post office. The packages are rarely scanned at pickups. This is becoming a regular occurrence when the packages are not scanned along the way by both UPS and USPS and only scanned at delivery. In the event that your package does not show in the shipping company tracking system, please allow up to seven business days before reporting your package as missing to us. We will not re-ship or refund your order before the full seven business days have passed and the communication with the shipper brought no results.
  • Coupon Policy
    We reserve the right to accept, decline, or restrict the use of any coupon or discount code. Only one coupon or discount code can be applied per transaction and cannot be combined. If you have multiple coupons, choose the one that offers the greatest benefit. Coupons and discount codes reduce the amount eligible for refund, and the coupon value will not be refunded if the merchandise is returned. Coupons and discount codes must be used at the time of transaction and cannot be redeemed for cash, credits, or goods. If you do not use a coupon or discount code, you will not be able to receive reimbursement for the potential discount. If you accidentally forget to use your coupon, we apologize. Please make sure to use it during your next transaction.
  • Flat Rate & free Shipping
    Flat Rate Shipping by Weight - Lower US States ONLY. Free Shipping on orders over $300*. Shipping Disclaimer: Please be advised that the weights of individual items listed on our website are approximate and may vary. This means the total shipping weight of your package may not match the machine-calculated sum of the individual item weights. We make every effort to accurately estimate shipping weight based on the information available to us, but please understand that there may be discrepancies between the estimated weight and the actual weight of your package. Our shipping policies are subject to change and any discrepancies will be resolved at our discretion. Thank you for your understanding. * See "Shipping Surcharges for Remote Locations" below.
  • Combining Orders
    We will make an effort to combine orders of RTS items upon request. To combine orders, please send an email to pnwsublimation@gmail.com before the order has been shipped. Whether or not orders can be combined is at our discretion. If approved for a combined order, shipping overages will be refunded within 7 days, if any, minus a $2 handling fee.   • Shipping Surcharges for Remote Locations
    For customers in remote locations: The shipping company may impose extra fees for servicing your area. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be billed to you if they arise from your specific address. Extra shipping fees are not considered a valid reason for cancellation of your order. If you decide to cancel, a non-refundable charge of 7% will be applied in accordance with our Refund Policy.   • Gift Shipping
    No gift wrapping is offered at this time. ​ Sending as a gift? ​ We are happy to ship directly to the recipient. Please add a note at checkout to let us know it's a gift and enter the recipient's name and address in the "shipping address" section. We will not include printed receipts in gift packages, so the recipient will not see any pricing info. If you'd like us to add a short gift message, please enter that in the "Notes" box at checkout as well. We will send the recipient a cute card at no extra charge to you :).
