Order Processing TimesPlease note: This policy was updated when the PNW Blanks by Elena website went on clearance. Due to increased order volume and the clearance nature of all items, our current turnaround time is 5–10 business days for processing and shipping. For very large orders, additional time may be needed to determine the most cost-effective shipping method - whether that's pallet, LTL, or standard carriers like UPS or FedEx. If you have any questions or concerns about your shipment, don’t hesitate to reach out - we’re happy to help!

Cancelation, Return, and Refund PolicyPlease note: This policy was updated when the PNW Blanks by Elena website went on clearance. All Sales Final: All items are final sale due to the clearance nature of this website. No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless there is an error on our part, which we’ll promptly correct. Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include the following when reaching out via our Contact page: Clear photos of the damaged item(s) Photos of the packaging, including the shipping label with the tracking number If the item is in stock, we’ll send a replacement at no cost. If it's out of stock, we’ll issue a refund. Important: Please save all packaging and damaged items—carriers may request them for inspection. We may also ask you to return the damaged item; if so, we’ll provide a prepaid return label. Cancellations (Before Shipment): If you request a cancellation before your order ships, we will issue a refund minus a processing fee of up to 7%. This covers the non-refundable fees charged to us by our payment processor. We do not offer cancellations or refunds for orders that have already shipped. Authorized Returns: If a return is pre-authorized, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Returns must be shipped within 5 business days of approval If the buyer purchases their own return label, no reimbursement will be given If we issue a prepaid return label, the cost will be deducted from your refund Returned items must be in original condition with all parts and original packaging. Items returned damaged or incomplete may incur a deduction in refund value. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund minus a payment processing fee (up to 7%) and any shipping expenses we covered. Packages "Lost" in TransitPlease note: This policy was updated when the PNW Blanks by Elena website went on clearance. Occasionally, packages are not scanned at drop-off or during transit. This has become increasingly common with both USPS and UPS, where tracking may not update until the package is delivered. If your tracking number shows no updates, please wait up to 10 business days from the date of your shipping confirmation before reporting the package as lost. We are unable to reship or refund any orders until the full 10 business days have passed and communication with the shipping carrier has been exhausted without resolution. Thank you for your understanding and patience!

Flat Rate & Free ShippingPlease note: This policy was updated when the PNW Blanks by Elena website went on clearance. We make every effort to estimate shipping weight accurately based on the data available. Flat Rate Shipping by Weight – Lower 48 U.S. States Only Very Important Update: All items on this website are deeply discounted - well below wholesale pricing. Because of this, we no longer offer free shipping. That said, we still want to help you out! If the actual shipping cost is significantly higher than what you were charged at checkout, we’ll cover part of the overage. Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, with a maximum cap of $119. However, in some cases - especially with large or heavy orders - the real shipping cost may be much higher. To keep things fair while still offering amazing deals, here’s how we handle this: We’ll subsidize up to 50% of what you paid for shipping Example: You paid $119, and actual shipping is $179 - we’ll cover the extra $60. If the shipping cost exceeds 1.5x what you paid, we’ll send an invoice for the difference. Example: Shipping is $300 - we’ll cover $119 (you paid) + $60 (subsidy), and invoice you for the remaining $121. We do our best to package orders efficiently and use the most cost-effective carriers. For very large orders, we compare pallet rates, LTL, and regular carriers (UPS/FedEx), which may require a few extra days to determine the best option. If you're placing a large or bulky order and would like a shipping estimate in advance, feel free to reach out - we’ll try to help! But please keep in mind that in some cases, we may need to package, measure, and weigh the order before we can provide an estimate, which may not be feasible during busy times. Please note: If you choose to cancel your order due to a shipping balance invoice, non-refundable payment processing fees will still apply.

Shipping Surcharges for Remote LocationsFor customers in remote locations: The shipping company may impose extra fees for servicing your area. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be billed to you if they arise from your specific address. Extra shipping fees are not considered a valid reason for cancellation of your order. If you decide to cancel, a non-refundable charge of 7% will be applied in accordance with our Refund Policy. Combining OrdersWe’re happy to make an effort to combine orders of ready-to-ship (RTS) items upon request. To request a combined shipment, please contact us through the Contact page before your orders have shipped. Please note: Whether orders can be combined is at our discretion and depends on timing and packaging logistics. If approved, any applicable shipping overages will be refunded within 5 business days, minus a $2 handling fee. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!

Gift ShippingNo gift wrapping is offered at this time. Sending as a gift? We are happy to ship directly to the recipient. Please add a note at checkout to let us know it's a gift and enter the recipient's name and address in the "shipping address" section. We will not include printed receipts in gift packages, so the recipient will not see any pricing info. If you'd like us to add a short gift message, please enter that in the "Notes" box at checkout as well. We will send the recipient a cute card at no extra charge to you :).
