Hardboard sublimation material is made in the USA. Factory-applied high-quality bright white sublimation coating on one side. The other side is smooth brown.

This door hanger is THICKER than others! Regular sublimation material is appr. 1/8" thick. At appr. 1/4", this door hanger is twice as thick!

HOW TO PRESS:

Remove the protective film - do not use sharp objects! The film is there to protect the blank from smoke residue. The surface of the blank is undamaged under the film.
Print image in reverse slightly larger than the blank.
Press at 385 degrees for 60 seconds, medium pressure.

Sublimation settings will vary depending on your heat-press, your paper brand, and ink.
